The Relais is located in Nardò, a town 5 km from the sea. The closest seaside destinations are S. Caterina and S. Maria al Bagno, both of which belong to Nardò and feature various wooden establishments or serviced beaches. The beaches of Porto Cesareo are a 20-minute drive away, the same distance as the Baia Verde beaches of Gallipoli.

The Relais is situated on Via S. de Pace, near the entrance to the old town. The palace is a 5-minute walk from the central square of the historic center, "Piazza Salandra."

The property is not in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Parking in front of or around the palace is free and often available.

We offer high flexibility for check-in, although the official time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests can check in as early as 1:00 PM with prior arrangements with the property or after 8:00 PM (in such cases, guests will be provided with a password to access the palace and instructions to enter their room).

It is possible to store luggage in advance - please contact the property on WhatsApp beforehand.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate. The standard rate allows free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The rate without breakfast also allows free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The non-refundable rate is, by its nature, non-refundable; for longer stays with this rate, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate potential losses from cancellation.

The property has only two rooms suitable for accommodating small dogs. Please contact the property for information and availability. The property can only accept quiet and calm small dogs. Intermediate sizes are not allowed.
